Tentoes.com policies
made to order items
Made to order means that I have the cut fabric and notions on hand in my studio, ready to sew your carrier when ordered. This generally takes a week except in the case of Tentoes Clicks which generally take two weeks to ship. If you order both made to order and in stock items your order will be shipped when your made to order carrier is ready unless you request separate shipments by e-mail.
custom orders
Custom carriers are offered in limited numbers per month. Custom orders may take an extra week to ship. Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once the order is confirmed and any customer supplied fabric is received.
changes/cancellations
Before you checkout you may make changes to your order or remove items from your shopping basket. Once you have checked out a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please e-mail immediately if you need to make a change to an item after you have received your order confirmation and we will attempt to accomodate your change.
shipping
Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Canadian orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail. Orders containing only in stock items are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Orders including made to order items are generally shipped within two to three weeks of receipt of payment. Custom orders may require an extra week. You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships. Tentoes.com ships only to Canada, the United States and its territories.
payment
Tentoes.com accepts payment by PaylPal; Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express through PayPal; eChecks through PayPal; and money orders.
Mail money orders to Tentoes.com, 1 Mitchell Hill Road, Scarborough ME 04074. Tentoes.com cannot accept personal checks. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
returns/exchanges
If you have any difficulties using your carrier, please contact Cinda right away for personal assistance via e-mail.
In stock and made to order carriers may be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund of purchase price to the original buyer. Tentoes.com does not refund shipping costs. Purchases may also be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value or your purchase price may be credited to you in the form of a non-transferrable gift certificate. All returned carriers must be received in sellable condition with complete packaging and instructions. Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered from original condition. Clothing, jewelry and DVDs are not returnable.
Customer is responsible for paying return postage, insurance and delivery confirmation to Tentoes.com, 1 Mitchell Hill Road, Scarborough ME 04074. Do NOT send returns without prior written or verbal communication. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at the owners expense. After mailing the item, e-mail the confirmation/tracking number.
Once a returned item has been received, purchase price or other agreed upon amount wil be refunded, less shipping and a $5 restocking fee.
Custom carriers cannot be returned.
repairs
Baby carriers with a manufacturing defect may be returned by the original buyer for repair or replacement at the discretion of Tentoes LLC within the first six months after purchase.
MammaBeads and MammaPendants may be returned for restringing at any time if the necklace should come apart; this does not include replacing broken beads or pendants. Please e-mail before returning your product for repair. After carefully packing and mailing the item, please e-mail the confirmation/tracking number.

Wholesale pricing is only available to authorized distributors in good standing.
